1. What is the Audi ice drive?
The Audi ice drive offers an exclusive opportunity to experience selected Audi Premium models both on a scenic test drive and on a perfectly prepared ice track. Guided by experienced Audi instructors, you refine your driving skills and discover what it means to elevate control, precision and driving dynamics to a new level under winter conditions.

2. When does the Audi ice drive take place?
The event takes place from February 12th to February 15th, 2026. Each day, there are time slots available from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 01:00 p.m. to 03:00 p.m.

3. Where does the event take place?
The Audi ice drive begins in Zell am See at the areitXpress parking area and takes participants through the stunning Alpine landscape to the Audi ice track in Saalbach Hinterglemm (Vorderglemm 85, 5753 Saalbach). Upon arrival, a heated container provides a comfortable setting for check-in and briefing. Participants then experience a unique ice drive on the prepared ice track, before returning to the areitXpress parking area.

4. What is the best way to get there?
The starting point of the Audi ice drive is located at the parking area of the areitXpress valley station (Salzachtal-Bundesstraße 22, 5700 Zell am See). Arrival is possible both by car and by public transport:
  • Car: Free parking is available at the areitXpress
  • Bus: Bus lines 680, 70 and 660 to the stop „Schüttdorf Areitbahn”
  • Train: Regional trains to Zell am See, followed by bus routes 680, 70 and 660 to the stop „Schüttdorf Areitbahn”, or via the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn R33 to „Schüttdorf Kitzsteinhornstraße”

5. Which vehicles can I drive during the event?
Participants can choose between the following Audi models:
  • Audi S6 Avant e-tron
  • Audi S6 Sportback e-tron
  • Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron
  • Audi Q6 e-tron
  • Audi Q5 e-hybrid
  • Audi Q3
  • Audi RS 3 Sportback

6. How long does one slot take?
The duration of one slot is 2 hours.

7. How many places are available?
There are 42 slots available every day, which can be booked either as a pair or individually. When booking with an accompanying person, we ensure that everyone spends the same amount of time behind the wheel, if desired and provided that the accompanying person meets the requirements.

8. What if I want to attend as a passenger?
If you would like to participate with a companion, you can indicate this during the registration process. A second form will appear for you to enter your companion's details. Your companion can participate either as a passenger or as a second driver.

9. How much does it cost to participate?
The participation in the Audi ice drive is free of charge.

10. What are the requirements to participate?
With these requirements met, nothing stands between you and your Audi ice drive:
  • The minimum age for drivers is 23 years.
  • A valid driver’s license must be presented on-site.

11. How can I sign up for the event?
You can register directly via the event website. Be quick – the slots are limited!

12. What happens if I need to cancel my participation?
Cancellation free of charge is possible at any time by emailing Lisa Oppitz (eventinfo@audi.at). If you are unable to make use of the slot you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you need to change your booking, please cancel the existing booking by emailing eventinfo@audi.at and rebook online.

13. Who is liable for damage I cause to the vehicle?
All Audi models are registered and insured in accordance with national legislation. In the event of damage to the vehicle caused by the participant, an excess of up to € 5,000 may apply depending on the extent of the damage. For further legal details, please refer to the terms and conditions.

14. Can I agree to let Audi use my personal data for marketing purposes?
During the registration process, you will have the option to consent to Audi to use your data for marketing purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

16. Is it possible to give feedback on my experience at the Audi ice drive?
Absolutely! After your drive, you will have the opportunity to complete a short questionnaire to rate your personal experience and provide us with valuable feedback. Filling out the questionnaire only takes a few minutes.
